If so, then I'm still kid. I think I'm going to download it. I've been toying with the idea of learning me some Ruby and this looks like a great way to start. Then I'll force it on my 10yr old.

Bad ass. Why he doesn't mention this stuff on redhanded is beyond me. Or maybe he does and I'm dense. This is a more kid-friendly (and offline) version of Try Ruby which you should definitely check out if you're interested in learning ruby.

Availability and ability != getting kids interested in doing it. That quote about it being a secret is just a way of peaking interest.
