A bunch of Mefites made a record. It's for a good cause. It's ridicolously cheap, too.

It's US$2.05 via PayPal and $3.99 via the iTunes Music Store. Does your group get the same proceeds either way, matteo?

I just sent an e-mail to the owner of SVC to find out. I found an article that states that the EU charges iTunes and labels on EU sales, but I don't know what the difference is. Usually I would say just buy from the record label, but I will let you know what we find out.

OK, given the time difference between the west coast and the UK, Simon may not answer until tomorrow, so from what I've read I think everyone should just buy it from the SVC Records site.

And please do buy the MeFi comp. I'm tired of looking at the boxes in our basement.

The paypal link isn't allowing me to log in and pay like most paypal sites. It's just asking for my credit card info. Any idea what's up with that?

dobbs, we just ordered a copy through Payloadz today direct from SVC with no problem, so perhaps try that? We'll check with the label about the paypal hoo-ha. Sorry for the problem!

dobbs, for what it's worth the paypal link at SVC gave me a login option (though I didn't use it), so that problem is not universal...

Okay, it worked for me now. I think the problem was that I recently cleared my cookies and there were none for Paypal. Howver, I just logged into paypal and then went to the SVC site in a diff tab and it worked this time.
