Is there going to be another CD swap soon?

I missed the last entry by two days, and when the new registrations didn't get off the ground last month, I was quite disappointed. I'm up for an impromptu go at it, if anyone else is interested.

Do you mean the metafilter swap? Not sure if there's more than one floating around. According to Dreama's FAQ page, you missed this round of the metafilter swap by one day, and the next sign up will be September 1 to 29. She also says you can email her or AIM her with any questions. Maybe she'll let some late sign ups in? She's also started a forum for the mf swap on her site.

I emailed Dreama three times over about a six month period. Never once got an email back. Either she hates me or has some mighty strong filters on her email (tried from 3 different accounts).

CMonkey's swap went fine though. Hopefully there'll be another.

According to Dreama's FAQ page, you missed this round of the metafilter swap by one day, and the next sign up will be September 1 to 29.

Dreama has put up some new info here. Short version: those dates are no longer applicable, and changes are coming.

Quartermass, yes, it was. I do a CD mailout every year at Christmas (instead of Christmas cards) and this year I sent those sets out to my personal mailing list, my Cmonkey MeFi swap people, and aso offered it up to those on my music mailing list who paid the shipping.
