Safari 2.0 tabs bug with background colors

i opened ask metafilter and metatalk in two tabs in Safari 2.0, closed the AskMeFi tab, and (i think) clicked a link in MeTa, and the top frame is still AskMeFi green. here's a link. looks like a caching issue obviously but i've refreshed and it's still there.

It's an odd Safari caching bug that mathowie has said he'll fix eventually. You may see it in the reverse also [where AskMe is grey]

The question limit's only on AskMe, not MeTa, spiderwire.

ummm... then why did i get the question limit message after i posted this?

is that a another bug? or does that message display on posts to AskMe and MeTa and i just missed it? i *definitely* got that message after posting this. i've never posted to AskMe and this is my only post to MeTa.

when i try to post a new link: You've posted something here in the past week. There is a limit of one new MetaTalk post per week, which you've used up. Make them count, because you'll only get one every 4 days.

not that anyone's paying attention to this, but in reference to ShawnString's comment, i upgraded to 10.4.2 and i'm still getting the issue of gray showing up on the green, but no longer green on the gray....

man i want to make another post :)
