Wow, it was a big meetup weekend. Perhaps we should all agree on a single flickr tag for mefi meetups. Like, say, mefimeetup. Or I can just search for multiple tags but that makes me feel dirty.

I am sooo bummed I missed it. It would have given me a chance to wear a shirt so hideous that the blind have been known to cover their eyes and flee from it in horror. It's nearly as bad as rocketmans! Alas, I had other, more pressing, obligations that evening.

We had a hell of a time trying to track her down all night: she abandoned us for about 40 minutes - and we were desperately thirsty! And it took about 15 minutes between asking for the check and receiving it.

What I mean is that: she was rarely around long enough to appear in photos.
She was definitely stoned, though. And possibly slightly insane. (She did take the picture of the three of us, though.)

Whoa, I'm sorry that I missed it, being in New York and all. Good to know that I'm still remembered around those parts, though - thanks for the "shoutout," rocketman.

Hopefully there will be one in Madison or Milwaukee after I move back in August.

It's a fairly sophisticated maneuver, and you don't want your speakers turned up too high when you get one.
