DC Meetup

I'll be housesitting in DC from Christmas until January 6th and would love to meetup with some MeFites. Anyone up for grabbing a drink in the mid (or post)-holiday lull?

At any rate, dhoyt- if we had it after the 28th, would you not be able to attend? I'm completely flexible on scheduling, seeing as my plans so far include museums, reading and finding the best tea in DC.

I would love to meet some mefites. I can't do it after the 29th, but then I might not be able to make it anyway. Regardless, I'd like to know about it.

As for tea, there's an awesome place called Teaism near Dupont.

You know, why does this meetup have to be a one day event, considering the everyone's variable vacation time?

Teaism in Dupont is nice. Do we want to use the old DC Meetup wiki, too? I'll be around except just before and after Christmas. Also I have a stuffed monkey.

I've been using the wiki that blasdelf posted...since it seems that there might be more than one meetup involved here, I figured that the newer and cleaner wiki might be nicer.

Sorry, I'm daft and can't figure out how to use that wiki. I don't see this meetup listed on the Meetup iCal either. Is the 29th at Trysts finalized yet?
