Last week's April fool's post got me thinking...
I know we have character Sheet's for any member [previously] and a crouton petting zoo [also April fool's].
Are there any other Easter Eggs in the site that you still remember and/or miss?

Try out the gopher-inspired tty-style MetaFilter Reader for browsing MetaFilter. Try the built-in tetris, and don't forget to turn on the music!

The slowly changing background color is for me the best April Fool's joke I've seen online. It was so subtle that I'd left the window open while getting work done, and when I came back that MeTa had transitioned to a hot pink. I thought I'd lost my mind.

I didn't know about the character sheets or the reader and both are awesome! The colour-changing background, though, was definitely the best (so far)! I also thought I'd lost my mind when it first started.
