Supreme Court hearings?

Do we not have a thread about the confirmation hearings of Amy Barrett (OfJesse to her friends)? Has nobody done one, or have they all been deleted, or is my ability to search the site significantly impaired by the painkillers?

People were using the RBG obit thread to have that discussion. Personally I find that distasteful, so I'd also be glad to see the discussion moved to a more topical thread.

You guys got the invitation, what more do you want? Here, I made one. I don't know how better to create a post on topical news but there seems to be interest and trepidation for some reason. If this gets deleted in favor of something better so be it.

My trepidation is that I never know what discussions are lurking in other threads...can never find where people are talking about this stuff now.
