I saw this website on Metafilter within the past 6 months. I'm 99% sure it was not an FPP on its own but a comment in another thread. The link was to an artist whose website (I think it was a tumblr page) featured Star Trek aliens drawn in a more alien-y style.
The artist used cues for how the aliens were portrayed on the shows but made them really non-humanoid. Like, Klingons were big, insectoid looking creatures but had the characteristic ridges. Betazoids were long necked sheep things but with the big dark eyes. It was a pretty cool idea and the artist was skilled.
