Is the cookie swap happening this year?

I loved internet cookies last year and don't want to miss it by accident!

I have run the cookie swaps in the past but can't do it this year. Anyone want to step up?

I think there is plenty if time to get it together. I think we should mail cookies by December 13 so a sign up deadline of December 1 should work.

I would gladly help with (but not head) the project but I'm not done with finals until 12/13.

I would be happy to organize! I loved participating last year and I have a good deal of free time between now and 12/1.

A send date of 12/13 makes sense to me if that works for participants.

I have declared ausdemfenster my Kookie Czar heir. I hope the swap gets together this year. We had 82 happy, international bakers last time.

How does this work on an international level? I'm in the UK and could send out cookies/biscuits, but not overseas. Is there a UK subgroup?

And yes, if we have enough interest from the UK/Australia/Canada, we'll have swap groups specific to those places. Come one, come all!
