Looking for a question on the green: College leaver with a headful of ideas is left with low motivation after discovering ideas have already been done. Needs mojo back.

I'd meant to favourite this one but looks like I forgot. I believe the post was made in the last few months. I've tried searching but just can't find it. Anyone remember it?

Wow, I know exactly the question you are asking about and even commented in it but I cannot for the life of me remember anything specific enough to find it.

If it helps anyone else, a lot of the answers revolved around perfecting an existing good idea being a bigger deal than the conception of an original idea (i.e. the concept of Facebook did not spring fully-formed from Zuckerberg's head.)
