Does hanging on for a few seconds between hitting the ground and scrambling back on, only to hit the ground again a few moments later count as "riding"?

Because if so, I've ridden a building that I was trying to climb.

What about all the female ponies? Or the transitional ponies? Or the intersex ponies that are happy just they way they are? Why must it always be about the pony penis? Ponies are so much more than just their genitals!
