Low-priority pony: mobile stylesheet for profile pages?
When I look at someone's profile page on a mobile device, I still get the zoomed-tiny normal style. I can zoom in and pan, etc., so no big deal, but a one-column format would be a bonus.
So maybe, very bottom of the someday list? Maybe?

If we're going to do a mobile-specific version of profile pages I think we'll need to re-think the design a bit. Just moving everything to a single column will make it a loooong page with lots of scrolling. In a perfect mobile world we'd probably split it up into several pages.
What's nice about the current design is that it's familiar to everyone who already knows the site. So if you want a certain piece of info quickly, you know right where to go. Even assuming we just put everything into one column, it's going to mess with people's memory of where to get things. I think that's why we haven't tackled this yet.

I already see profile pages as one long column, and it is a very long page, especially when people have Flickr enabled.

Totally agree with pb. On profile pages I know exactly where to zoom so it's really not much of an issue.
