Help me find an AskMe comment about a web app that only allows you to access certain web pages during a designated break time.
I think it was in response to a question relating to depression/lack of motivation/procrastination but I cannot find it anywhere! Thanks.

I bet it would be pretty easy to add such functionality to this site -- click a button, select how long you want to get away, and then you're timed out for that long -- but I guess it wouldn't be good for ad revenue or something like that.

As someone who has made it to work on time for six business days in a row (take that, Internet!) due to the amazing powers of LeechBlock, I heartily give my endorsement to it and other such doohickies.

I think someone also asked about blocking certain sites at the router. I've been thinking of doing something like this. I have so many personal projects that are just languishing.

It might be easy to implement, but it's not something we're going to implement. Time management is a personal thing, not a mefi thing (or any any-other-specific-site thing, generally speaking), and client-side solution makes a lot more sense.
