impromptu PDX meetup Monday, May 18th?

Anybody want to meet up for food and/or drinks in Portland, OR, this upcoming Monday, May 18th?

I'll be in Portland for a few days, and I have Monday evening free. Would love to meet some MeFites! Any place/area would be fine, but the SE section would be tops. Who's in?

I'd love to, but I have tentative plans that evening, so I won't know for sure if I can make it until I hear back from the folks I'm supposed to meet with. If I end up being free, though, I'll be there!

Depending on where y'all end up, what time you're there, and whether my work is particularly sucktastic on Monday ,there is a non-zero chance that I may be able join up with y'all. How far S are you thinking in SE?

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it, but I would take this moment to point out that the Green Dragon is technically in SE.

I might be able to make it for a little while, depending on when and where you're meeting. The Green Dragon would probably be good, but wherever on Hawthorne would probably work. Too much farther south would make things more difficult, though. And I'd need to leave pretty early, it being a Monday and all.

That's just the sidebar's cute little way of acknowledging that so many Californians have moved to Portland that they've made at least part of it (i.e. the fucking "Pearl district") an extension of their state.

Well, looks like I'll be stuck here on campus for the evening, working on a group project, so no meetup goodness for me tonight.

Congrats on your academic achievement, Caduceus! I'll be finished with my post-bac program in accounting this summer, so I'll soon be celebrating as well.

Fun meetup. We did get rained on a bit on the way home. Sorry we wussily wussed, but hey, future meetups will be had.
