Which AskMe threads have been most dominated by the OP?
After finding myself fascinated by this thread and Flunkie's passionate responses to every comer, I wondered if there were stats out there on AskMe threads where the OP is most heavily involved in the discussion--I guess like a matrix where one axis is thread length (number of total responses) and the other is number of OP responses (or alternately, word count instead of responses), and the "winner" being the one that's furthest out on both axes.
I know this was getting at the first half, but it's the latter half that really intrigues me. Are there any examples offhand to be shared?
If there's Greasemonkey for this...I wouldn't even know where to start.

I don't know how either of them would fare on that metric, but my personal favorite OP craziness threads are the one about eBay customer support and the one about hotmail settings.

I propose that at the end of 2008 we have a Plate of Beans Award, and I propose that thread as the first nominee. Fantastic.

If you want to do the calculations, the data you need (number of comments per thread, number of comments by user x in thread y) can be gotten from the Infodump, which I linked in the previous metatalk you linked to. You're welcome to mail me (or just speak up in that thread, maybe) if you have questions about how to do that sort of thing in general.
That said, this thread itself is kind of asking for a gossip session about fellow users at what have in some cases been among their worse moments, and that really don't seem like a great idea to do in the grey, so I'm going to close this up.
