After three days of deliberations, a Florida jury today acquitted Wesley Snipes on the felony tax fraud and conspiracy charges brought against him by the IRS and the Justice Department, but convicted him on three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns between 1999 and 2004. He is facing three years in prison. Snipes' advisers were found guilty on felony counts relating to their promotion of the scheme.
