Has anyone else had this problem with Internet Explorer while logging onto Metafilter?

After typing Metafilter in Google's search bar, it’s taking me to the login page of Mefi, and when I’m trying to logon to Mefi, it’s taking me back to the Google page. (I'm typing this on Opera).

Have you tried deleting your cookies? (or eating them? NOM NOM NOM)

Also, I'm having no problems logging in with IE6.
