It was great to meet Miko, but I really wanted to meet some native Chicago Mefites. Hopefully this time the rendezvous point won't be closed. Anybody got suggestions for a time/place?

If I'm free at whatever time, and it's northside-ish (I live in Logan Square) I would try and drop by.

Near me, I have heard Quencher's is a good place to go.

If I remember correctly, wasn't there a previous meetup at the Hopleaf? That's five blocks from my house, so I vote for that. Then again, I didn't make to the meetup that time, so...

There's also Moody's Pub, which I quite like.

No good for me. I've already got plans for Memorial Day weekend. The weekend before that is also pretty much spent (Three nights of Arcade Fire. Excitement).

Memorial day weekend is bad for me. Hopleaf is fine.

I feel terrible that the Monks meet-up went awry. The internet swore to me they were open on Saturdays!
