Apparently I misjudged the titillating effect that the idea of being pissed on by Steve Austin has on you guys. The number of favorites given to that post in the last few minutes are of bionic proportions.

What statistical model are you basing this average on? Was it independently audited? I'd like to look at your raw data. I'm not saying it's not a great comment; I just want to know where the average is.

Hey, wow! My first FPP and my first callout (sort of)! Woo-hoo! The funny thing is that for the first 24 hours after I posted, I was monitoring Metatalk like a fiend, worried that I did something wrong. I'd been biding my time, watching and reading Metafilter, wanting to post something but quite honestly, a little intimidated. And then once I finally found something interesting that hadn't been posted before, I was incredibly nervous about posting it. It was like a first piano recital or something. Now it's done though and I'm no longer a Metafilter virgin. And for those who encountered the dead link, I went back and found a better one.
