SRSLY [more inside] on blue January 10, 2007 6:54 AM Subscribe
I know I just asked about this a month ago, but seriously, how about that "More Inside" for the Blue? With a hard limit for character count, even. Please?
I don't think we even need MI functionality, just the hard character count. If your post requires 1795 characters and 7 paragraphs it's probably not a good post, or at least could use some editting.

Coincidentially, it was answered a month ago, too.

While we are at it, how about a checker that rejects a post that doesn't contain a link?

Since this isn't a democracy (thankfully), why are you asking again? Is Matt's opinion likely to have changed in the last few weeks?

No hard character count. It'll make it difficult to add long "title" attributes to links.
This is something that should be handled on a case by case basis.
I like having the [more inside] option, though.
