Are any other MeFites at CSCW? Or in Calgary? How about a CSCW 2006 Banff Meetup?

I'm near Calgary. Banff is out for me, but I could probably make it as far as CowTown. If the timing is right, I could maybe catch a ride with a Calgarian who is going.

Oh - it looks interesting. But the registration is way too high for me, unless I can get work to pay... (Considering that I am on two 'volunteer/community' initiatives for my company at the moment it wouldn't be a big stretch - sigh, but the timing is right.)

I could make either cowtown (home) or Banff - I have a pretty flexible schedule, and would love to meet some MeFi's.

Yeah, I wasn't thinking so much attend the conference together (though I am at the conference) as meetup for a drink in Banff.

rbs - I figured that - but if it's going to be an evening, weekday thing - I'd have to pass, kids & all.

rbs: I figured that, but the time when you are going to be in the area for the conference is the time when I am bogged down with midterms and unable to leave my home.
