When posting to AskMe, I get the message: "Your comment appears to be blank, go back and try again."
It's not blank, and it happens even if I preview first.

hmm. try logging out and back in, and if it persists, lemme know what browser/OS you are using to access the site.

also, the content of the comment might have something to do with it. I kick out obvious attempts at trying to spoof another user/comment.

Ah, that might be it. I'm basically quoting someone's comment. Let me try messing around with it a bit.

Got the same thing earlier, during the anonythread. (It's so easy to break that keeping it seems silly, Matt. I added an extra space in the href zomg!)

Maybe I shouldn't piggyback here, but.. While I was preparing my bicycle question today, I noticed a bug in the question preview screen.
The blockquote and strong tags I was using didn't work until the first closed blockquote. After the first the tags were working properly, but I think it was all shifted to the left by one tab stop from where it should have been. I added at the start of my comment, to make sure that the formatting wouldn't be borked when it was actually posted. Firefox 1.0.7 in XP SP2, if that matters.

After the first the [/blockquote] tags were working properly, but I think it was all shifted to the left by one tab stop from where it should have been.
