I tend to accrue some Brave (browser) rewards. They seem to have a cash value. Would/should/could I donate to Mefi? For me its just US$0.50 but its still found money I'd gladly forward on a continual basis.

I would like to discuss the benefits of having content from all subsites directly displayed on the front page. Great stuff created by fellow Mefites gets overlooked for now good reason other than the treachery of our lazy lizard brains. [more inside]

Often there are FanFare posts which don't mention where the movie or TV show can be watched - whether it's a streaming service, broadcast TV or only in theaters. A number of times, I've had to do web searches to find where I can watch something. Sometimes, a tag lists where to watch, but it's certainly not done consistently. Can a "Where to watch" field be added to the Show Information? [more inside]

Since the site suggests you move content from the question to extended explanation once it hits 100 words, would it be possible to add a widget that shows you how many words are in your question currently (like Twitter does for character count)? That would have the added benefit of being able to warn a user when they are reaching their word limit within the 'post' page rather than requiring a click through to the 'preview post' section.

So, I made an FPP. Immediately after I hit Post, I noticed a glaring spelling error. There does not seem to be an edit window for posts that have been posted. I find this unfotunate. Can there be an edit window for them?

Small pony/nitpick: I tried to add a tag to my post about the Chilean protest movement with the text 'Piñera', the name of the president we're protesting against, and the system says: One of your tags couldn't be added because it contained non-ASCII characters or punctuation. It's 2019, we can handle unicode in tags and shouldn't assume the wide variety of human experience can be reduced to 26 letters.

How about a way to offer up a suggestion for a FPP that they themselves don't feel capable of doing, like, "Hey y'know what would be a great FPP? Something about how there's all these different 'colors' of noise; white noise, pink noise, brown noise, now there's green noise, and they're all different and special but I am not a noise scientist and in fact am pretty stupid when it comes to numbers and science so maybe someone else can make a post about it so I can enjoy it." Thank you.

I like talking about math with other Mefites on MetaFilter. There have been several threads over the last few months in which I enjoyed the conversation, but found the lack of ability to use properly-typeset formulas really cumbersome. I don't think this should be a particularly high priority, especially considering other issues the site is working on right now, but I'd really love the ability to use MathJax on MetaFilter.
